The Weekly Review e-mail
The written review can also land in your inbox, with the subject "Your Weekly Review: week of YYYY-MM-DD". It carries the same headline, KPIs, sections, and per-account notes as the page, so the two surfaces render the same review.
The Weekly Review is not switched on yet. When it is, it appears in the sidebar under Journal, and its e-mail setting appears in Settings → Notifications. Until then neither shows, and this page describes how the e-mail will work.
When it is sent: all five must hold
The e-mail goes out only when every one of these is true at once:
- The e-mail feature is switched on product-wide.
- Your e-mail address is verified.
- You have not opted out.
- Your plan includes the review (Pro and Private; an under-plan account is never mailed the full body its page would not show).
- That week has not already been mailed to you. One week, one e-mail: restarts and re-generations cannot produce a duplicate.
A week with no trades sends nothing, for the same reason it renders no review: there is nothing to say.
Unsubscribing
Every review e-mail has a one-click unsubscribe link at the bottom, and it works without signing in. You are in a mail client, not the app, and the link authenticates itself. Clicking it shows a plain confirmation page; nothing else about your account changes. Mail clients that support the standard unsubscribe header will also offer their own unsubscribe button, which does the same thing.
To turn the e-mail back on, sign in and go to Settings → Notifications → Weekly Review (e-mail). That toggle is the same switch the unsubscribe link flips, so it always shows your current state and can reverse it any time.
If the e-mail stops arriving unexpectedly
Quick answers
Does unsubscribing affect the in-app Weekly Review?
No. Only e-mail delivery stops. The review is still generated and readable at Journal → Weekly Review.
Why did I get no e-mail for a week I can see in the app?
Check the five conditions: the product-wide switch, a verified address, opt-out state, your plan, and whether that week already went out once.
Can I unsubscribe without signing in?
Yes. The link in the e-mail works from the mail client directly and confirms on a plain page.
